I had planned on pursuing you again in the future, of course, but I took our meeting at that gathering as an act of fate and had no choice but to take the opportunity in the moment."
He looked at Jason with displeasure. “You, however, were never part of any plan.” He rubbed his beard thoughtfully. “What to do with you, Jason Todd?”
