"Oui. Probablement." Harry jette un regard appuyé à Théo. "Tu ne sais pas qui c'est, n'est-ce pas ?
"Non." Théo lui renvoie un regard tout aussi féroce. "Si c'était le cas, je te le dirais. Tu sais que je te le dirais."
"C'est vrai."
Quelque chose se détend dans la poitrine d'Harry. Quelque chose qui n'avait eut de cesse de se resserrer depuis la mort de Cédric. Il n'a peut-être pas ses amis, ni Sirius, et il ne sait peut-être même plus qui il est, putain, mais il a ça. Au moins, il a Théo.C'est l'été de la 4ème année et Harry est laissé seul pour gérer son deuil et la révélation soudaine que James Potter n'est pas son père. Il trouve un étrange soutien. Celui de Théodore Nott, fils d'un Mangemort. Un étrange ami qui dit qu'il l'aidera à trouver son vrai père, peu importe qui peut bien être ce Lord Prince.

Four year old Harry Potter has it rough at the Dursleys. Vernon has got ever more brutal as Harry has got older, he lives worse than a neglected house elf. After one particularly brutal beating, Harry’s magic tries to save him, and he unintentionally conjures a patronus charm. This finds its way to one moody potions master- who quickly realises nobody else will do what he has been asked to do. This leaves Severus tasked with pulling them both from the grips of Dumbledore and his intricate plans- whilst finding his way with a troubled little boy who can't help but steal his heart.

As usual summer before third year is really hard…
After an unfortunate incident with Aunt Marge, Harry finds himself staying with Snape and his live-in boyfriend of 12 years.
Only, Snape is just as awful as ever and his boyfriend is really cool and nice and makes Harry feel important… but as time goes on, it’s clear that all is not as it seems. Because Snape is actually… well, he’s not a decent guy, but he does care about protecting children from abuse, apparently.
But his boyfriend… It turns out that not all guys who seem good end up being good in the end. As he watches his professor’s relationship dissolve he can’t help feeling like an awful person for being an active participant in it.
It never once crosses his mind that Harry was being groomed and abused in a grossly different way than he was used to.

Not only do old secrets get revealed, but Professor Snape’s boyfriend takes advantage of Harry while he’s staying there for the summer leading to shifts in perspective and possibly… healing?

Severus just wants one year where he can relax. With no unbreakable vows and Voldemort taking a year to recoup after the events at the Ministry, Snape thought his peace had finally arrived. He could not have been more wrong.
