Obligado a cumplir su voluntad, Alastor se encuentra ante la tarea de ayudar a Charlie Morningstar, hija de Lilith y Lucifer, en un proyecto que busca redimir pecadores a través de un hotel que los llevaría al cielo. A pesar de que esta misión va en contra de sus instintos más oscuros, Alastor acepta, poniendo fin a su tiempo oculto.
Al volver, se enfrenta a antiguos colegas, enemigos del pasado y asuntos personales sin resolver. Además, se ve envuelto en intrigas demoníacas, amores prohibidos y secretos profundos tanto en el inframundo como en el cielo. [Quiero aclarar desde el principio que los personajes presentados en esta historia no me pertenecen, la mayoría de ellos son creaciones de "Vivziepop". Fanfic inspirado en la serie y seguirá en gran medida la trama original, pero con algunos cambios.

Alastor. Radio demon, murderous asshole, smiling freak. All this, a perfectly crafted persona, a mask, a way to shove his emotions deep down so they never see the light of day. But now, this persona is starting to crack because he's starting to find himself attached. Attached to the souls he owns, to Charlie, to the hotel. But before he can let down the walls, she returns.
Lilith is back. The queen of hell herself, Charlie's mother, Lucifer's ex, the person who owns Alastor's soul. And, unlike him, she keeps her souls on a very, very tight leash.
Alastor isn't the only one suffering; Husk and Angel are dancing around the truth, Niffty has been acting more unhinged than usual, Vaggie is struggling with herself, and Lucifer is spiraling. As for Charlie, she's trying to mend her relationship with her mother while keeping her friends from destroying themselves.
As if things couldn't get worse, Vox is starting to rise to power a lot faster than he should be. Alastor knows exactly why... and how dangerous this is for all of Hell.
The fate of the hotel, and the future of Hell, hangs in the balance. -

Despite her sunny disposition, Lucifer's heir is still the Anti-Christ. Her ascension heralds the beginning of the end. But Charlie has no intention to follow the script - she'll save everyone, from the lowliest sinner to the Devil himself.
Charlie spoke to the sound of a roar, like storms, like thunder.
“This is my hotel, dad. My dream. My domain. No one gets to lie to me here, not even you. Tell me the real reason for the Exterminations. Just…be honest with me. Please.”
And as her final ‘please’ hung in the air, the Devil’s expression changed one more time. Like how his perfectly blank expression revealed every previous emotion on his face to be nothing more than a painted mask for others to see, now even that blank canvas was stripped away to show what was truly underneath - a black despair, fathomless beyond mortal comprehension, resembling nothing so much as that crawling void she had glimpsed a lifetime ago at the heart of Hell.
“I…can’t,” Lucifer said simply.
And then he was gone. No flicker of magic or flash of a portal. Just gone.
Or: Charlie herself is Lucifer's greatest lie, because the truth is too terrible to bear.

On the surface, friends with benefits was a concept that could never appeal to Alastor—for a number of reasons. First and foremost, who in their right mind would willingly be friends with the Radio Demon? Secondly, sex held little to no appeal for him, so benefits were seemingly lost on him too.

Alastor wanted to keep hunting the worst of humanity, so a deal with the Queen of Hell seemed like a reasonable way to accomplish that. Among all the ways such a deal could screw him over, this wasn't what he expected.
When Alastor made that deal with Lilith, he expected a career as Hell's most lucrative assassin. That's exactly what he got, but then he also got roped into helping Lilith fix her broken family. The results on that scheme have to be seen to be believed.
