His life is on the line, and he has to go with the flow and make his grandfather proud. Oh, did we mention Yuji looks like Sukuna's late wife, who was also named Yuji? Could he have been reborn?

Yeah sure, it's probably reasonable to assume a newborn wouldn't remember much. But it's also reasonable to not feed a newborn a decaying finger so they lost points there. Yuuji was fine letting everyone continue to think that. Until he ends up eating another finger. And his uncle, who was way cooler when in the stories Uraume told him, ends up being a bum.

Kenny stays to take care of Yuuji with Jin. They both suck at hiding things from their son, and make decisions that really should have child services get involved. That's okay though, because Yuuji has other weirdos in his life that don't put his life at risk in dumb ways. They suck at lying too, but that's fine.

It is the reactions of the people who surround them that are truly amusing. People still hold onto decency—try to hold onto it, and pretend to be good, and modest people. But Kenjaku has held the memories of many and knows that underneath the veneer of purity, humans have desires they want to sate.
Meeting Jin Itadori and living in his wife’s body made them especially shameless when they found the unassuming husband of his host had many desires his wife never fulfilled.
