Piercing every single evidence to catch the infamous Watcher killer who has been playing mind games with the police for quite a time now. That is, until he thought he made a break in the case, only to catch an undercover detective and a famous ex-profiler who goes by the name Scar. Two people with the same goal in mind decided to team up and work together to catch the killer who is always a step ahead of the bureau. Caught in a lethal game of cat and mouse, they are gonna have to cross all kinds of lines to win.
Or, for short, Scar and Grian are detectives, so are other hermits, working together as a family to catch a sadistic killer roaming around the town. Enjoy!

As soon as those words fell from Grian's lips, Scar's world completely shattered. He was silent for a second, as if the words were stuck in his throat. He opens his mouth, but no sounds come out. The silence was deafening as if the sound of shattered glass broke out in the middle of a silent room. The sound of his heart shattering into a million pieces.
Before he can reply, Grian interjects, "I'm sorry, Scar. This just isn't working out. It's nothing you did, I swear." His eyes wouldn’t meet Scar’s. Why? Why? What did Scar do to deserve this?

Most of the books in the library were about keeping peace, scary stories of what's beyond the river, and the common religion of the area, but Scar knew of the better books that lay near the back corners of the bookshelves, hidden in the shadows.
They told stories of mystical creatures, and Scar's favorite one of all had to be about the fae.
There were not a lot of books on fae, and Scar found himself rereading them often.
The beautiful, cunning and honest creatures took up most of his thoughts during the day, and his dreams were filled with only what he could hope the otherside looked like.
And thats what got him into this mess.

Scar, or HotGuy, is the main culprit of this and is sent to the newly established permit office to get his official permit for his weapons. He thinks this will be a piece of cake, he is wrong.
Grian is tired of the government, heroes, work, and most of all, HotGuy. When the latter walks in like he owns the place, Grian isn't about to make any part of this easy.
