Day 8: free dayAfter a dozen mindless posts, he comes across a post that stops him in his tracks.
It’s a doll. Crochet. About the size of Nam-gyu’s palm, with a shock of purple yarn hair in a fade that could have been cut by the same stylist Thanos swears by. The doll is dressed in a black, tiny, hand-sewn leather vest. Someone, somewhere, has stitched in miniature silver chains, and in the blurriest close-up, they’ve even sewn in Thanos’ neck tattoo with careful black thread.
Nam-gyu blinks. Stares. Leans in, squints, then leans back as if it might leap off the screen and throttle him.
The caption is an atomic bomb of cute: “mini Thanos, stage outfit 2022 💜✨ #handmade #idol #crochet #fanart”
Below it, a wave of comments, all identical in their collective shriek—”I NEED ONE” “SO CUTE!!!!!” “this looks just like him omg”—with enough heart emojis to short-circuit his phone.

“Nam-su, they released a Dubai chocolate flavored vape-” Thanos began, barging into Nam-gyu’s room without a care in the world, oblivious to a thing like boundaries as always. His sentence was rapidly cut off by the loud slam of Nam-gyu’s laptop and the utterly horrified look on his face.
The two men stared at each other in silence, growing more and more awkward by every passing second. Whereas Nam-gyu was getting paler and paler, and the look in his eyes more and more terrified, Thanos’ cheeky grin only grew bigger.
“Oh you naughty boy… What are you doing on that laptop, huh?” He teased, and god, by the terrorized look on Nam-gyu's face, he could tell it was something good. “You little freak, were you watching porn? Without me?” Thanos approached his friend, trying to grab the laptop, just to be shoved away immediately by a sharp smack on his hand.
“No! I mean– fuck! How many times do I have to tell you to knock, dipshit? Mind your fucking business.” Nam-gyu barked out, shielding the laptop from Thanos like his life depended on it. Being on that territorial shit, for real.

But Namgyu paid attention to the guy behind her — A tall, purple haired man that wore a colorful hoodie and jorts, a few piercings decorating his fair skin. He was talking to Namgyu’s friend — Gyeongsu.
And gosh he was loud. However, he looked familiar to Namgyu. Like he had seen him somewhere before.OR
Namgyu works a shitty job in a shitty club. One night his friends Gyeongsu and Semi introduce him to two very interesting individuals.

“You’re acting crazy!” Thanos snaps, apparently done with Nam-gyu’s bullshit. A part of him subconsciously relaxes. Finally, he’s sick of him. He doesn’t have to put effort into being nice anymore. There’s nothing to gain out of this arrangement, no more pills to take. The other man continues on, “What, you’re just leaving without a fucking word? What the hell’s going on with you?”
“What the hell’s going on with me?” Nam-gyu jams his finger into Thanos’ chest. Brightly colored nails scramble, grabbing onto his wrist to thrust it off. Fine. “Who the hell do you think you are? You’re supposed to be sleeping on the couch! You never come in here unless you want to—“
His jaw clamps shut. Instantly, he knows he’s said too much. The look on Thanos’ face only confirms it. He’s staring at Nam-gyu like he’s suddenly grown three heads.
“Unless I want to what?”

Post-game au. A lesson in why Nam-gyu probably shouldn't have invited one Choi Su-bong into his home, and a further lesson in why entering a situationship with said man was a horrifically awful idea.
