Except he couldn't make jokes anymore. He just couldn’t. How do you even joke about Gaia rising? Everyone was getting annoyed at Leo too, saying things like, ‘can’t you take anything seriously?’. So he stopped. Stopped making his stupid jokes, sarcastic remarks, stopped talking overall. Instead he hid in the machinery room, his favorite room. No one came to talk with him, they probably thought he was fixing the ship.
He did fix the ship (mostly just adding random cool effects), but he also sat and cried until his head hurt. He knew it was childish, sitting and crying just ‘cause he felt so alone. Did anyone try to find him? No, of course not. It wasn’t until Leo had been gone for three days straight that someone knocked on the door. Leo dropped whatever spare pieces of metal he’d had in his hands, grateful that he wasn’t crying at that moment.

Graduated with honors, still the Architect of Olympus as it continues to be re-built, and...well, and she's been accepted to a prestigious school for architecture. In Oregon.
