After 20 years of All For One standing without enemies (but for a quirkless young man and a quiet resistance), Shimura's crashed pod is found by Uraraka Yuu who wakes the hero from her cryostasis.

Summary
Izuku has heard whispers of The Dealer before. A mysterious figure rumored to be the one running the criminal world of Japan from the shadows. Someone with the power to give and take quirks. Depending on where those rumors stem from, The Dealer is considered something different. To Heroes, and the average citizen, The Dealer is a monster. To those with villainous quirks, or mutations, he is a broker. To the quirkless, he may as well have been a saint. Of course, this was all a myth.
At least it was. Then Izuku sees something himself, something that can be explained by anything else, and suddenly those myths hold real weight.
For all that The Dealer is a villain, as far as criminal overlords go, all one needs to do is look at Italy, and Egypt to see just how reasonable Japan’s shadow leader is. Maybe, just maybe, if he can cut a deal, the number of lives a truly useful quirk could let him save would be worth it…
Izuku was never a betting person. But excluding his own quirklessness, he did have a fair bit of luck. Perhaps it was time to push it.

Summary
Yuga was too disoriented, too high from whatever had knocked him out, to notice how Garaki’s chest hasn’t risen since he hit the man’s head. He’s too busy gathering his things from the shelf they were placed on, too distracted getting dressed and being relieved that its only nine pm on Saturday, to realize that when he pushes pain medicine down the docs throat that his jaw is far too slack and how it just sits in the back of his mouth instead of the bodies regular reaction of gagging or swallowing when an object is blocking an airway. Yuga does not realize that his attempts to apologize with a note and disoriented message when calling the cops to pick up the doctor and bring him to jail are useless efforts to protect himself from Garaki’s reaction to his attack. Yuga does not realize that the doctor is dead.
AKA Yuga kills the doctor mid nomufication process and releases the nomus from their brainwashing, surely things will be fine? Hopefully kurogiri stops trying to tell on him to his teachers soon.

During his time at I-Island, during his fight with Muscular, and then with Overhaul, he had felt their presence, their encouragement, their will. When the Joint Training exercise happened, when Izuku has been sent into a rage against Monoma, he unlocked the ability to use the quirks of the Past Users. And it was like a barrier had been broken, now the Vestiges can appear outside of the dreamscape and Izuku can properly talk to them.
Then Denki Kaminari ordered ghost detecting equipment.

Summary
Yuga Aoyama was 6 when he saw that man get murdered. He had begged for his life, gasping that he had a beautiful wife, a precious baby girl, and another on the way. That didn’t matter though; in fact, the devil only smiled wider, ghastly white eyes squinting in what seemed to be sick pleasure, before resolutely saying, “I know.”
It was also at 6 when he learned that if he wasn’t complicit with All For One when their time came, then he and his family would be next. He would be the next out of line example, the guidelines of what not to be, for other unfortunate people in a path not unlike his.
But he was normal now. Once they had gotten home the silence was crushing, but his mother had turned to him with a smile, strained as it may have been, and choked out, “Now it won’t be so scary anymore,” through tears and a thick French accent.
