In-ho never considered himself a good man.
He saw the world as it was. This was necessary in his job as a police officer. If he had hidden behind naive thoughts and the belief that there was good in everyone, he wouldn't have made it this far.
He saw the world in all its glory. Humanity at its lowest point, at the very edge from which there was no turning back.
In-ho crossed that line.
Because these games were far worse than he could have ever imagined.
Now only a shell remains of his list. Nothing seems to belong to him anymore. He has failed as the brother, son, husband, and father he never became.
If life is no longer his, it will be filled with hatred. Hatred is the only thing he can call his own. He will turn it into a weapon he will aim at this man.
The white mask of the Frontman will fall at his feet, even if he has to die standing.
Revenge is not a choice.
It is a need.

But, the Squid Game officials decide they're not quite done with the games and In-ho is now stuck as a real player. Gi-hun and In-ho have to find a new way to work together and take down these horrific games once and for all with the help of their other teammates.

The knife fell from Gi-Hun's hand, Daeho even stopped shaking when he saw player 456's face and the knife falling from his hand.

Gyeong-su was a fan of Thanos the rapper, he had been ever since he listened to Thanos's debut song. A trashy rap song about Thanos., Gyeong-su recognized how bad it was, yet he couldn't help but listen to it whenever he could. It was so bad it was good.
Gyeong-su would never tell anyone about how he would listen to the infamously bad song made by beginner rapper Thanos_da_legend230, he was too afraid his "cool" friends would make fun of him for it. But as Thanos started to release more songs, his popularity grew. Suddenly, he was one of the most famous rappers in the Korea. Gyeong-su never stopped being his fan, his number 1 fan.
He didn't know why he liked the rapper so much, yeah his songs were good but they weren't THAT good to the point he would spend his entire life savings on going to one of his concerts and making it front row. He never figured that out.
About the spending his life savings bit, that caused him to get into debt. So when he was approached by a stranger in a subway with a card and a way to repay his debts of course he took it.
Of course he had no idea this would lead to him getting killed by his hero.

Bong-Cha joined the games after being in striking financial debt of owing billions of won, but she sees In-ho there. Player 001, going by Young-Il. She was bewildered of this fucked up family reunion.
She lived in vile circumstances and knew how to take care of herself. She didn't give anyone a chance to see behind the doors she shut and latched in her mind, and maybe it would come in handy.
Read through the eyes of Hwang Bong-Cha and how even with hope, despair follows soon after. The rich go down the hole of anguish when all they have is finally gone, even if means are death, but to the miserable, death is a virtue. Success is Desperation, but to be desperate, you need to have the will to succeed.
