So when his friend Cole suggests going to see Wolf Clan, Lloyd’s all-time favorite rock band—he figures a night out might be exactly what he needs.
But things went south. One second he’s screaming the lyrics in the crowd, the next he’s caught in the middle of a feud between Wolf Clan and their rivals, the Forbidden Five. And to top it off? His one and only (and very expensive) camera gets smashed in the chaos.
And so, to somehow survive in this economy, he gets a job offer to work in the said favourite band, which leads to many issues coming up cause, for some reason, destiny wants to play with his life while a tigered-man somewhat helps him out.

“I know! So could you get out of the way?!” Jay stood back up, pushing past Cinder as he sprinted into the heart of the dojo—where Ras usually held the sparring matches. It’d be a short run, for Jay, he knew it would be. He was fast. Yet his heart still leaped to his throat, pumping quicker and quicker with each step he took. Oh God he’s gonna be in so much trouble—
“You’re late.”
Jay froze up, his breathing paused and his body tensed.

Summary
The only thing that stopped her from doing so was Lloyd bringing up Jordana. That fact made Jordana’s heart swell, but at the same time ache knowing that Sora almost willingly laid herself down in the claws of Lord Ras just for the promise of being close to Arin again. Sora much to Jordana’s dismay didn’t seem too remorseful, rather she still seemed troubled, as if staying wasn’t her best option.

He can't imagine what he'd do without them, especially considering his hard and tiring job as a police officer now that the villains were non-existent after the main problem - Lord Ras, aka his adoptive dad - was domesticated by his adoptive mom - Gandalaria the witch - two of them together deciding to adopt some children - him, Jordana and Cinder - and make some children too - Petunia, Harold and Ziggy.
Yeah, his family photo album is crazy, he knows.

It was captivating like nothing had ever been before. She wondered what it felt like to wield pure unbridled energy, to live fast-paced and self-assured. There was no hesitation from master nor element. She didn’t even have time to see it claw into Ras’ arm before he and the man were several feet apart, surroundings fading back to their usual sickly green.
And though the lightning had died down, the electricity was still palpable. The man’s hair was still raised like an agitated animal’s, lifted by an invisible charge.
Ras stayed unmoving, but the glint in his eyes exposed his fixation. He would not leave such insolence unpunished.
